Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and share best practices.
- Identify common customer issues and trends to help improve customer experiences.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance personal skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
