Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and modifications seamlessly. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide support for troubleshooting and problem-solving via various communication channels. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and suggestions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to think on your feet. Comfortable using various computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Benefits
