Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

for 15-20 hours per week. This coordinator will support our marketing efforts through social media management, content creation, copywriting and coordination of marketing deliverables. This role plays a key part in how we tell the story of local food and engage with our community. Compensation: $25/hour Navore Market is the first community-powered online marketplace that provides access to shop local food grown by local farmers. Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

is responsible for: Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram and Facebook, and other relevant social platforms. Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Develop video and photo assets that are optimized for performance and for each platform. Write clear and engaging copy social media content calendars, e-newsletters, social posts product features, and key marketing materials. Track and analyze campaign results using relevant metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. Maintain and manage a content calendar to align with campaigns. Support the development of promotional assets for digital and print use. Monitor marketing trends and engagement metrics to inform content strategy. Collaborate on influencer sourcing and seeding. Requirements Must reside in San Diego County 1-2 years in marketing and/or communications experience. Must be well-versed and comfortable using all existing social media platforms and relevant tools. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva. Photography/videography experience highly preferred. Must have reliable method of transportation.
