We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience with our company. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Assist customers with product questions, orders, and returns, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and improve service. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Identify common customer issues and work with the management team to develop solutions and improve processes. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a track record of exceeding customer expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during challenging customer interactions. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
