Work-Study: Marketing And Public Relations Assistant
The Marketing and Public Relations Assistant will provide critical assistance to the Blanton Museum of Art's marketing team through research, campaign coordination, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and strengthen outreach efforts. Responsibilities Assist with planning and implementing public relations and advertising initiatives, including drafting media lists and coordinating placements. Conduct benchmarking and audience research to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth. Research local media outlets, corporate sponsorship prospects, and community partners to support advertising and PR strategies. Organize collected data and prepare reports for the marketing team to inform decision-making. Provide general administrative support for campaigns, events, and communications as needed. Documentation of participation in Work-Study program UT student currently pursuing a degree Excellent writing, editing & proofreading skills Ability to conduct, track, and document research Creative, motivated & strategic thinker Ownership of a personal laptop Ability to work on-site and remotely (on-site day options are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Preferred Qualifications
Salary Range
$18.00/hour Working Conditions Standard Office Environment Required Materials
