Asset Management, you'll support large scale renovations, turbo-charge preventive-maintenance programs, and make sure every property operates at peak performanceall while improving residents' quality of life and driving NOI. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple CapEx and renovation projects from concept to punch-list closeouton time and on budget Source, negotiate, and coordinate vendors and contractors; conduct site visits to deliver "first-time-right" results Partner with design teams to recommend interior upgrades that boost revenue per unit and delight residents Monitor preventive-maintenance schedules and life-safety compliance across a multi-state portfolio Build and track CapEx budgets, purchase orders, and variance reports; present dashboard updates to executives Create onboarding and skills-training playbooks that lift Maintenance and Housekeeping productivity by 20% Qualifications Bachelor's in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred) 3+ years managing multi-site CapEx or property-operations projectssenior living, multifamily, or commercial a plus Proven track record juggling 1015 concurrent projects and hitting >95 % on-time/on-budget targets Strong financial chops: CapEx forecasting, cost control, ROI analysis Tech-savvy with CMMS systems (TELS or similar), Excel/BI dashboards, and project-management tools Executive-ready communication and problem-solving skills Physical & Travel Requirements Ability to travel regularly to communities and job sites Occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs during site activities Benefits Competitive compensation with mileage Robust voluntary benefits offering + PTO Join Civitas Senior Living and help create spaces where residents, families, and team members thrive.
