Opportunity: Board Certified/Board Eligible - Otolaryngology
Job Details: - Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with little competition- Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in clinic- Perform surgeries in one of three OR locations including the main hospital, community hospital, and surgery center- Utilize advanced technology including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion- Collaborate with onsite comprehensive audiology team and medical/surgical subspecialties- Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support- Take backup call only while APPs cover primary calls- Contribute to a collegial, flexible work culture with leadership that values work-life balance- Have input into practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes- Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds- Optional teaching opportunities for medical students and advanced practice trainees- Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test)- Ohio license required or willingness to obtain- Clean malpractice and license history required- Visa sponsorship not available
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
