* Comprehensive ENT care with a broad patient base * Clinic Volume: patients/day * OR Locations: 3 surgical sites (Hospital, ASC, and Community Hospital) * Surgical Tools: Access to four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots + Table Motion * Support: Full audiology team + APPs + specialty collaboration (Endo, Allergy, Neuro, etc.) * Call: Backup only APPs take primary * Tech & Teaching: Mayo Clinic eConsults + optional teaching opportunities * Physician-Led Culture: You help shape practice patterns, scheduling, and volume
Compensation & Benefits:
* Base Salary Range: $515K $800K (plus wRVU & productivity bonuses) * Bonuses: Sign-on, relocation, training stipends, loan repayment support * Loan Repayment: Monthly, quarterly, or annual options * CME: Annual stipend included * Employment: Full-time, W-2 with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status * Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling + wellness-focused leadership * Malpractice: Fully covered * Tech Resources: Cutting-edge surgical technology & hospital support
