Department Summary

Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country's first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct high-impact, cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with overall program strategies and goals

Manage program-level planning, including cross-team dependencies, to enable timely and complete product delivery

Consolidate financial performance across projects and develop business cases for escalated financial risks or budget adjustments

Assign clear ownership of feature tasks and drive accountability and timely execution across teams

Conduct regular program reviews with stakeholders and provide coaching to support successful project execution

Champion program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PgMP, PMP) and lead process improvements using project management tools to enhance delivery efficiency and impact

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Project or Program Management or relevant degree

Minimum of 5 years in a project, program, or delivery management role

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to establish trust and rapport with all levels of the organization

Demonstrated ability to influence other teams without direct authority

Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with teams at all levels

Ability to create and present executive level presentations summarizing the status of the program and summarize underlining projects

Ability to translate and communicate a business partner's strategic opportunities into requirements for the technical teams

Exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to share complex findings in an easy to understand presentation - Working knowledge of Program management principles, processes, and tools

Self-motivated, and able to efficiently align projects to common objectives of a program

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
