Chicago, IL (Gold Coast HQ + hybrid from Loop, Fulton Market, and Ogilvie office spaces) Compensation:
Commensurate with ability, velocity, and growth. This is a role with trajectory. About the Company We’re orchestrating the next generation of HR leadership and filling the most crucial hires at the best companies. I’m Zach Nold, Chief Talent Officer of Crucial Hire, a boutique executive search firm that serves some of the most elite HR teams in the country. This firm is fast-paced, high-touch, and deeply respected in the executive search world. We don’t do average. We make placements that matter. About the Role I'm hiring my right hand. Not a virtual task-taker, but a true partner in talent —someone who can keep systems running at 90% when I’m out meeting clients or on calls. You’ll be in the room where high-stakes hiring decisions are shaped. This is a hands-on, dynamic role built for someone sharp, fast-learning, and ready to grow. Not phone-only virtual support, not a background assistant. But someone who wants a front-row seat to high-stakes search for Fortune 500 companies, PE-backed turnarounds, and stealth-mode growth plays. You’ll hear my conversations and know what to do next—whether that’s starting a candidate search, emailing a CHRO, or prepping an intro deck before I’ve even hung up the phone. The impact you make will be immediate, visible, and tied directly to the firm's growth. Responsibilities Candidate Communication:
Craft and send outreach emails to top HR leaders and rising stars. Resume Strategy:
Use our proprietary interview prep and resume formula to reformat and enhance executive resumes for client-ready presentation. Phone Outreach:
