Senior Client Support Analyst
to support institutional clients on a high-performance trading platform. This full-time role involves providing Tier 1 and 2 support across trading systems, resolving order and connectivity issues, assisting with client onboarding, and collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers with strong communication skills and a background in trading or financial technology environments. Required Skills & Experience Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses Experience with FIX Protocols Experience working with Options and Indexes B.S. in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields Desired Skills & Experience Python and C# scripting or coding SQL query experience Previous Quality Assurance responsibilities Series 57 license What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities 20% Hands-on technical support 40% Client-facing interactions 40% Team collaboration The Offer Bonus eligibility Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
