Condado Ocean Club Position
The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico, from classic and modern luxury hotels to restaurants and entertainment. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet guest service needs.
Serve guests in all pool and beach areas providing the highest level of service possible efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of gym, pool, and beach equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations, and ensure a safe working environment.
Responsible for cleaning all public areas of the pool, beach, and gym; loungers, umbrellas, towel stations, water stations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
Will be responsible for all aspects of the beach (chairs, towels, cleaning, etc.).
Will be responsible for the daily setup of all beach chairs and cabanas.
Be informed about daily hotel operations, review daily event sheets, bulletin boards, and stay up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
Follow all company policies and procedures, safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Perform other reasonable job tasks as requested by supervisors. Qualifications
Hospitality oriented
Must be physically fit to lift, push, pull, carry large chairs and towels that may weigh up to 80 pounds.
Able to handle difficult situations effectively. Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
