Program Manager
Axiom is looking for a Program Manager to support the DoD in the Washington, DC area. An active Secret or Top Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position. This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and execution of an IDIQ contract supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This role includes strategic oversight of all personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners, across multiple task orders. The Program Manager ensures contract compliance, performance excellence, and effective collaboration with the Government to meet mission objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end program management for all IDIQ activities and associated task orders. Lead, manage, and oversee all Contractor and subcontractor personnel in support of the contract. Serve as the primary liaison with the COR and Government stakeholders for coordination and issue resolution. Ensure accurate and timely meeting documentation, including written minutes submitted within three business days. Develop and maintain program-level plans, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics. Provide strategic input for the development and execution of Government initiatives. Ensure the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of all contract deliverables and services. Support risk management, procurement analysis, and technology/system transfer evaluations. Oversee the preparation and delivery of briefings, reports, and program communications. Maintain compliance with all task order-level requirements and DoD policies and regulations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management within the DoD or federal contracting space. Experience managing IDIQ contracts and multiple task orders. Active Secret Clearance required. PMP or PgMP certification highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors. Deep understanding of DoD acquisition, compliance, and reporting requirements. Clearance: An active Secret clearance is required. Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s).
