Position Summary
The Bellperson assists arriving and departing guests with their luggage and provide information and services to guest and patrons. The Bellperson reports to the Guest Services Manager. Job Posting Deadline

Escort arriving guest to their rooms on a rotating basis with other Bell staff, handling their luggage with care and efficiency
Provide summary of the hotel and the amenities offered to guests
Ensure guest room is in order and describe location of television remote, air conditioning control, guest services directory etc. to guests while checking in
Follow baggage tagging procedures and ski storage procedures
Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms or other areas of the hotel expeditiously, placing in designated areas
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Lobby and Bell storeroom
Make manager aware of guest's comments or compliant
Comply with all policies of the hotels and Aspen One
Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management
Complete tasks and projects delegate by your manager and assist other departments as staff and business levels demand

Education & Experience Requirements
Must be over 16 years of age
High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
1 year of food and beverage experience preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
Familiarity with various breakfast items, including dietary restrictions and common allergens
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests
Strong organizational skills to ensure the timely replenishment and presentation of breakfast items
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a welcoming and positive dining experience Additional Information
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50) Job Benefits
