Condado Collection Job Responsibilities
The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico, from classic and modern luxury hotels to restaurants and entertainment. La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with a history since 1958. Representing the fun "Latino Chic" lifestyle, offering elegant amenities and a very popular nightlife to all guests. Our goal is to create experiences and inspire journeys not only for our guests but also our workforce. We trust that our team members are the key to providing passionate and authentic service. Let's build together a collection of memories! Responsibilities
Manage billing and collection activities; review supporting documentation to verify accuracy and prepare invoices for dispatch. Reconcile accounts by reviewing system reports and investigating discrepancies. Prepare and send "reminder" letters for overdue accounts. Send invoices by mail to suppliers. Call customers when necessary. File paid invoices, check stubs, and supporting documentation. Enter payment information into the registry and note partial payments. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor. Complete safety training and certifications. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals. Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors. Qualifications
Hospitality oriented An associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred Solid knowledge of accounting practices Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions, as well as prioritize and organize various tasks efficiently Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with the public and team members Fully bilingual (Spanish and English) The Condado Collection is an equal opportunity employer.
