The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico, from classic and modern luxury hotels to restaurants and entertainment. La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with a history since 1958. Representing the fun "Latino Chic" lifestyle, offering elegant amenities and a very popular nightlife to all guests. Welcome and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire lobby, including all entrances, glass doors, windows, men's and women's bathrooms, main office reception area, lounge, and shops. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested by the housekeeping manager. Maintenance and cleaning of all equipment used by him/her. Consult with the manager to determine if there are special situations that require immediate attention. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Ensure that expectations and quality standards are met. Be aware of daily hotel operations, review daily event sheets, bulletin boards, and stay up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events. Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Follow all company safety and hygiene policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the Director of Housekeeping. Complete required safety training and certifications. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to achieve common goals. Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors. Qualifications
Hospitality oriented Experience in a supervisory position within the housekeeping area or public areas, preferably in a hotel environment. Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, and lift objects up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to handle difficult situations effectively. Strong communication skills. Capable and willing to perform basic cleaning tasks. Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.
