Position: Front End Manager (FT) The Front End Manager reports to the Store Manager/ASM and oversees all administrative and clerical store operations. Responsibilities include managing POS registers/cashiers, service desk/associates, layaway, cash office functions, and maintaining front end cleanliness and organization. Ensuring efficient checkout processes, reviewing daily reports, addressing issues promptly, and enforcing company policies are key duties. The role involves hiring energetic team members, handling customer concerns, and working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
