The Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols. Responsibilities include staff management, coordination of patient care, implementation of nursing practices, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The Nurse Manager will also provide direct patient care as needed, participate in staff education, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
