Responsibilities will include: - Review and interpret agreements - Ensure the system reflects the agreement data - Respond to regulatory and internal questions regarding contract interpretation. - Data Quality reviews/remediation - Track status and assist with reporting - Check Dodd-Frank Good to Trade status to ensure that the new counterpart is GTT - Assist Onboarding team with various request and issues - Manage ad hoc projects as needed related to agreement data or management of the group - Contribute to updating the team procedures guide as needed.

PB Agreements, SMCs, Futures, Repo, etc.) - Working knowledge of industry regulations that impact trade documentation - Bachelors degree - Strong Excel and Power Point skills - Working knowledge of trading agreements and industry regulations that impact trade documentation (e. g. SEC SBS Protocol, Dodd Frank Protocols 1.0 and 2.0, Futures, Repo, US Resolution Stay, UMR)
