Willing to wait for license BC or BE required Weekdays, Days, Call Roughly 250 deliveries per year Ortho, endo, podiatry, ENT, OB, large volume of general surgery, VBAC's, epidurals, spinal blocks Credentialing needed DEA needed Benefits:
