? Tempe, AZ | 4-day workweek (10-12 hr days) | Onsite 4 days/week

that supports the
commercial, business, and military aerospace
industries. We're looking for an experienced
System Administrator
to support and manage the infrastructure of a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. You'll oversee enterprise-level IT systems including LAN, servers, computers, phones, printers, and network devices. This role includes both hands-on troubleshooting and strategic planning, with a strong focus on uptime, security, and documentation.
You'll also lead the charge on
CMMC 2.0 compliance , manage Office 365, VPNs, backups, and network security systems.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and support Active Directory, Office 365, and all internal systems Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues across devices and platforms Design and manage secure network architecture (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLANs) Implement IT policies, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans Respond to helpdesk tickets and ensure minimal downtime Maintain system documentation and oversee security systems (cameras, alarms, access) Must-Have Skills & Experience:
5+ years of IT/System Admin experience in an enterprise environment Bachelor's in IT or related field Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, SQL Server, Office 365 Familiar with network design, VPN, and endpoint security Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications preferred Bonus: Familiarity with Infor Syteline, basic Python knowledge Soft Skills:
Problem-solving mindset Critical thinking and resourcefulness Ability to prioritize and work independently
