Senior Project Manager
to lead full-cycle project delivery for commercial builds in the $20M-$100M range. You'll manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, and internal teams - with a clear route to Project Executive and leadership roles. Key Responsibilities: Oversee projects from preconstruction through delivery Manage all client, architect, and subcontractor relationships Lead PM and APM teams on schedule, quality, and safety Track financial performance and handle change management Ideal Candidate: 7+ years in commercial construction (GC experience preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills High attention to detail with a hands-on management style
