The Associate Director of Commercial Data Science, CNS, will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making to enhance marketing strategy and brand performance. The Associate Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Commercial Operations and Market Access, to ensure that analytical insights translate into actionable business strategies. Exceptional project management, communication skills and ability to deliver high quality insights in a matrixed environment managing multiple stakeholders is key. We are seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Data Science responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support our growing CNS Portfolio. This role involves leading the execution and interpretation of data, analytics and models supporting end to end brand strategy. This role is dynamic, fast paced and requires superior project management skills: Manage data acquisition and analytics to support the go to market strategy, brand performance and market penetration. Translate business needs into analytics approaches and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear and actionable insights. Provide insights on patient, physician, and payer behavior using syndicated (i.e. claim, prescription, market access data) and internal data sets. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations and Market Access teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies. Partner across existing CNS Analytics and Insights team to create processes to be utilized across the portfolio (Key Driver Analyses, Patient/HCP Finding Models, Marketing Campaign Effectiveness Modeling, etc). Identify opportunities for adoption of more advanced techniques to identify underlying opportunities across customer types (patient, healthcare professional, payer). Qualifications/ Required Knowledge/ Experience and Skills: 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical data science, brand analytics, commercial analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R; comfort with business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony Claims, and other syndicated resources; strong understanding of Patient/Claims data preferred. Proven record of leading vendor teams within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Excellent communication, project management and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into strategic business recommendations. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum $164,530.00 - Maximum $245,985.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting salary for candidates hired to perform the work. Other elements may be used to determine actual salary such as the candidate's job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role.
