Lead and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) supporting Immunology Rheumatology in California and Nevada. Responsible for executing strategies to improve patient access and adherence, collaborating across departments, and managing team performance and budget. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 10 FRMs. Develop strategic plans and oversee execution in a fast-paced environment. Build customer relationships and achieve team goals. Support team in addressing patient access obstacles, including knowledge of Buy & Bill, medical benefits, pharmacy benefits, and site of care. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and manage budgets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred. Knowledge of reimbursement principles, billing, prior authorization, and appeals processes. 3+ years of people management experience and at least 8 years in healthcare business, preferably in biopharma market access or managed markets. Willingness to travel up to 75%. Compensation:
