Techstra is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer. The Genesys Cloud Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying IVR flows, contact routing, and interactions using Genesys Cloud Architect. This includes configuring data actions and system integrations via Genesys Cloud APIs. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement IVR flows, contact routing, and bot integrations using Genesys Cloud Architect, covering inbound/outbound calls, email, and SMS. Develop custom integrations with internal systems and third-party applications using RESTful APIs and webhooks. Create and update campaigns and contact lists for outbound operations. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives, collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality code and continuous delivery. Maintain documentation for workflows, integration patterns, and deployment processes.
