BMC3I Operational C2 Project Leader with Security Clearance

This position involves leading projects related to Space Battle Management, Space Defense, and Space Intelligence within the BMC3I enterprise. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience, a Top Secret/SCI clearance, and expertise in systems engineering, space C2, and enterprise architecture.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading technical teams and managing complex projects in space C2 and intelligence domains.
- Collaborating across organizational boundaries and with government sponsors.
- Applying digital engineering methods and supporting acquisition programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's, or 5 years with a PhD.
- Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with ability to obtain SAP clearance.
- Experience in space systems, enterprise architecture, and leadership of distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees in systems or software engineering.
- Knowledge of Agile, Cloud, DevSecOps, and Digital Engineering.
- Experience with DoD space commands and system-of-systems engineering.
This position is on-site 5 days a week. The salary range is $161,000 to $241,000 annually.
