Located in Dallas, Texas, our team is dedicated and passionate about ensuring that the estate planning process is both compassionate and efficient for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience at our Dallas, Texas office. The Trust and Estate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling estate planning matters, probate cases, trust administration, and developing business succession plans. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, managing client consultations, and drafting legal documents. Qualifications Experience in Estate Planning and Probate Proficiency in conducting legal research and analysis Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Texas State Bar and a clean disciplinary record Seniority level
