Burr Law is seeking a proactive and client-focused Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law, with a strong ability to manage cases independently and a passion for client engagement. This role involves conducting initial consultations, closing sales, developing customized estate plans, and guiding clients through the probate process. While litigation experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with in-office collaboration as needed. Responsibilities: • Conduct client consultations to assess estate planning and probate needs. • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. • Manage probate and estate administration cases from initiation to completion. • Engage in client development activities to attract and retain clients. • Stay current with Colorado estate planning and probate laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice. • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal services. Qualifications: • Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Successful completion of accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree, with 3-5 years of experience in estate planning • Experience in probate preferred, but not required • Strong interpersonal skills • Interest and ability to work in a casual environment • Open and accepting of clients with varied backgrounds and experiences • Non-judgmental • Friendly demeanor and calming temperament Compensation: $90,000 base + bonus structure • Conduct client consultations to assess estate planning and probate needs. • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. • Manage probate and estate administration cases from initiation to completion. • Engage in client development activities to attract and retain clients. • Stay current with Colorado estate planning and probate laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice. • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Compensation: $90,000 per year
