Discounts on fitness clubs, travel and more! What You Will Get To Do: Creates and manages project plans, weekly objectives, meetings and open items. Coordinates project specific documentation: fund details, request lists, report matrices, calendars, daily flows, close out summaries, and requirements for special development, processes, or files. Coordinating calls for multiple departments and outside contacts. Provides Relationship Management support during project cycles. Gathers and documents department statuses for the overall project plans. Supports or coordinates special corporate or team projects as needed. Contributes to the establishment and maintenance of procedures, project templates and documentation for the Project Team. What You Will Bring: Ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience with financial services, fund administration, or registered fun operations Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Basic understanding of mutual fund operations Dynamic personality with strong project management, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving, analytical, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and decision making skills Intermediate computer skills (Advanced in Excel preferred) Strong communication and written skills Strong customer service skills Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
