Are you a skilled CNC Machine Operator looking for a new opportunity on the 2nd shift with a great shift premium ? Look no further!
At Dixon Quick Coupling , a proud division of Dixon Valve & Coupling Company, we manufacture high-quality quick connect couplings for a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team! As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, producing precision components that are integral to our high-performance coupling systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team!
A successful candidate will need to be able to show how to read blue prints for CNC machines, and work with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. You will also be expected to perform inspection and part handling operations on assigned machines. Experience with Fanuc CNC machines is preferred but any CNC experience is doable for this position. You do not need to know how to set-up or program. This position will be responsible for production, product quality and accuracy. High school education or equivalent required and two years of experience preferred.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to develop programming skills
- Great attitude and attendance
- Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints
- Ability to use measuring tools and shop mathematics
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift
