Cnc Machining Center Operator

Join our team as a CNC Machining Center Operator, where you'll be responsible for precise setups, layouts, and operations on a variety of machine tools. In this role, you will interpret technical documents, configure equipment, and ensure product quality through accurate machining and inspection processes.

Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, or samples to establish dimensions, tolerances, and setup procedures.
• Mark dimensions and reference points on parts or materials as a guide for further machining.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, tools, and materials on machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations and adjust controls as necessary.
• Verify that finished parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Support maintenance efforts with diagnostics, repairs, and preventative upkeep.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure safe operations by adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a CNC operator.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and comprehension).
• Completion of a machinist apprenticeship program or similar training.
• Experience with Mori Seki, Okuma, and Haas machines is a plus.
• Solid understanding of tool geometry and feed and speed effects.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a team environment.
