The Challenge
Are you equipped to program, set up, and operate sophisticated CNC Multi Axis Mill Turn Machines? Your mission is to transform raw materials into client-ready, precision parts, utilizing your adept problem-solving and machinery skills.
Educational Pathway
5+ years of intensive industry experience.
Completing an apprenticeship or vocational courses is a plus; high school diploma required.
Strength in NC Code with facility in Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens systems.
Experience with DMG Mori tools is a significant advantage.

Center of Responsibilities
Delve into job documentation for operation sequence insights, set up and execute machine processes, inspect tasks rigorously, troubleshoot as needed, and ensure adherence to all quality benchmarks through adaptive program modifications.

Spearhead autonomous manufacturing cycles and machine maintenance.
Drive enhancements in production processes, equipment output, and job efficacy.
Guide and nurture incoming talent while maintaining pristine work conditions.
Physical Requisites
Position necessitates long-duration seating, computer usage, and lifting capabilities of around 50 pounds or more.
