Nesco Resource is seeking reliable and safety-minded Chemical Operators for the 3rd shift at our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio location. This role is critical to our overnight operations, ensuring that chemical production continues smoothly and safely during off-hours. As a Chemical Operator, you'll operate blending equipment, monitor processes, and perform quality checksall while maintaining a clean and compliant work environment. Initial training on the 1st shift is required. 3rd Shift: 11:00pm
7:30am (includes a $1.00/hr shift differential) Note: Mandatory training on the 1st shift (7:00am

Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing and packaging equipment. Weigh and blend raw materials according to precise batch instructions. Inspect, maintain, and prepare equipment prior to operation. Record accurate data in production logs and batch records. Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues. Package finished goods, ensuring correct labeling and boxing. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace. Collaborate effectively with night shift team members to meet production target Requirements
Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Prior chemical manufacturing experience is a strong plus. Willing to complete 1st shift training before transitioning to 3rd shift. Skills & Qualifications: Forklift operation experience required. Must be able to lift and handle materials up to 55 lbs. Strong attention to detail with good troubleshooting ability. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills for data input and equipment interfaces. Good written and verbal communication.
