$300,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Chief Financial Officer
to partner with CEO in developing a pathway to achieve significant growth. Looking for strategic leader with strong modeling and business valuation skills. Keys to an Interview - Chief Financial Officer : Background in investment banking and/or private equity Financial leadership experience during high growth periods in industries such as: SaaS, Clean Tech, Energy Knowledge of carbon credits nice-to-have Develop and maintain the company’s financial model and long-term forecast, ensuring accuracy and relevance to support strategic planning. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections. Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. Prepare and present financial statements, including cash flow analysis, income statements, and balance sheets, to stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across the organization. Support the M&A strategy in alignment with the company’s goals. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of target companies. Oversee the due diligence process to evaluate the financial, operational, legal, and strategic aspects of target companies. Lead negotiation and deal structuring efforts. Secure financing for transactions. Develop and implement integration plans post-acquisition. Oversee cash flow and working capital to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations. Manage treasury functions and develop investment strategies to optimize financial performance. Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor and manage organizational cash flow and forecasting. Drive the production and utilization of data and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization to enhance situational awareness and informed decision-making. Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and performance excellence. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure financial alignment. Cultivate relationships with external partners, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions. Seniority level
