Position: Claims File Processor Hourly Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 (depending on experience) Location: Saint Paul, MN - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (45-minute unpaid lunch; flexible schedule after training) Employment Type: Long-Term Contract Position Summary
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Claims File Processor to join a fast-paced, high-volume team on a long-term contract. This hybrid role requires working onsite in Saint Paul, MN two days per week. The Claims File Processor is responsible for accurately creating and managing claim records for Group products in an online system. Success in this role depends on precision, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate claim records in the system for Group insurance products Communicate with policyholders and internal departments to gather required documentation Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through problem-solving and research Manage a high volume of service requests while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines Provide responsive and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Support the team with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed Required Qualifications
