Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and conducting regular meetings to review financial plans, market updates, and evolving client needs. Support to Senior Wealth Advisor: Collaborate closely with the Senior Wealth Advisor by preparing for client meetings, assembling financial data, implementing personalized financial strategies, and tracking follow-up tasks. Administrative and Operational Support: Manage and maintain accurate client records, coordinate scheduling and account service processes, handle portfolio administration (transfers, withdrawals, contributions, RMDs), and assist in preparing reports and documentation. Financial Product and Market Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, economic developments, and investment products to educate clients, guide decision-making, and support the delivery of tailored financial solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
