As a Cloud Automation & Integration Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in modern automation technologies to accelerate Rubrik's product adoption with key customers. You'll combine advanced technical capabilities in scripting, API integration, and infrastructure-as-code with exceptional customer-facing skills to discover, plan, and execute project requirements that drive measurable customer success. What you'll do: Design and implement automation and reporting solutions using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and cloud-native tools to streamline Rubrik deployments and operations Develop custom integrations between Rubrik platforms and customer environments using REST APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks Participate in pre-sales engagements to translate customer business objectives into technical implementation plans Create reusable automation frameworks and templates to accelerate customer time-to-value Architect and document solutions that integrate Rubrik technology with customer infrastructure Deliver technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions both on-site and remotely Orchestrate implementation activities across client and internal teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements based on customer feedback Document and share implementation best practices, common integration patterns, and automation techniques Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that incorporate Rubrik data protection capabilities Experience you'll need: 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise consulting or professional services Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure automation using PowerShell and Python Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL APIs Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code implementations Experience designing and implementing webhook-based integrations and event-driven architectures Knowledge of private/hybrid cloud environments, AWS, and Azure Ability to translate complex technical requirements into executable project plans Exceptional presentation, documentation, and communication skills Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities and customer relationship management Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer engagements The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
