25553 Delta Training Planning seeks a Co-Op to help deliver data-driven solutions and automation aimed at improving Training Planning strategy and decision making. The Co-Op will work on projects that contribute to cost and time savings, identifying manual processes for automation, and designing solutions to reduce task completion time. The candidate must commit to the following Co-op rotations: Summer, 2025 Spring, 2026 Fall, 2026 Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of SQL or database query tools; SAS preferred but not required Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in teams Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, Access); experience with SharePoint is a plus Curiosity, humor, persistence, and willingness to innovate Commitment to safety, security, and data privacy Embraces diversity and inclusion High school diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Additional Details:
