The Floater plays an important role in the company and ensures that our clients get excellent service when regular members of our team cannot work. Competitive starting rate Performance and anniversary Flexible scheduling The commercial office cleaner/office cleaner must ensure that their buildings are as spotless as possible to guarantee the health of employees, an excellent working environment for employees, and a beautiful building for clients to enter. Tasks will include, among others, a combination of the following: Mopping, sweeping, and/or vacuuming hard surface floors and carpeted floors. Dusting work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces. Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing soap and paper products. Replenishing bathroom dispensers with paper products and soap. Working effectively with other team members. Commercial Office Cleaner/Office Cleaner Job Qualifications: Education and work history that demonstrate a work ethic and responsibility. Must be able to work independently and as a team member. Must be quality-conscious. Must be detail-oriented and work at an efficient pace. Must be reliable. Able to lift 35 pounds. Physically able to stand for an entire shift; walk, bend, squat, stoop, reach, lift, push, and kneel. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation We are a drug-free workplace operating in Northwest Arkansas.
