Communications Representative
to support the development and implementation of effective communication strategies. This individual will play a key role in maintaining clear messaging across various internal departments and external stakeholders while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in creating internal and external communications including memos, newsletters, and presentations Coordinate with departments to ensure messaging is consistent and up to date Prepare written materials, talking points, and briefing documents for meetings and presentations Support event planning, press releases, and internal campaigns Track and report on communication effectiveness and suggest improvements Maintain strong relationships with team members and external partners Respond to inquiries and provide communication support as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
