Deliver consultative support for regional Human Resource partners and coordinate activities to ensure compensation programs are consistent, competitive, cost effective, and aligned with the organization’s compensation philosophy. This position will be responsible for departmental operations and assisting with the management of pay program development, salary plan administration, premium pay program design, and salary surveys. Provides coordination and support in all areas of BH Compensation services, including assisting in the oversight of reorganizations, salary reviews, employee verification service liaison, position control, hierarchy, and job descriptions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Masters degree preferred. Experience: 5 years related experience. Recent healthcare experience preferred.
