Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $35.21/Hour
Duties:
- Join a dynamic team supporting the Contingent Worker Program with operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Contingent Worker Program, ensuring flawless execution of tasks
- Provide outstanding support for line managers regarding CW guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Assess and approve new worker requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Act as the first point of contact for addressing customer concerns related to contingent worker support and issue resolution
- Collaborate with key collaborators to ensure streamlined worker onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Collaborate with internal Client's teams on quarterly and project-based initiatives, driving continuous improvement
- Update process documentation and make sure processes are clearly communicated to all collaborators regularly.
- Ensure client service and happiness in all areas of the position, maintaining a high standard of excellence
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team

You Have
- Demonstrated clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly
- 2-3 years of experience in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operations, with a proven track record of success
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build compelling presentations and reports
- High learning agility and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Preferred experience with Workday and ServiceNow, improving your ability to manage workforce data effectively
- The ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
- A proactive approach, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks with limited mentorship, delivering outstanding customer service experiences
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, training, and work experience
