Direct Counsel has partnered with an AmLaw 200 firm seeking a
Cybersecurity Associate (2-4 years)
to join their growing team. Well-qualified candidates in
any of the firm’s office locations nationwide
will be considered. The ideal candidate will have experience in
privacy, cybersecurity, internet, and computer law , along with a technical background or a general understanding of technology and electronic systems.
Experience in data security incident notification and breach response is preferred. Successful candidates will be: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to respond quickly to urgent matters Strong in interpersonal, communication, client management, and crisis management skills Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the California State Bar. Compensation: $155,000-$165,000 annually
(full-time), plus discretionary annual bonus Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, skill set, internal equity, and market data. Benefits include: Health insurance with HSA/FSA options, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k), vacation and sick leave, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
