Summary:
The Data Analyst will support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team by identifying and analyzing manual provisioning workflows across platforms such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, SailPoint, and Exchange. This role plays a strategic part in optimizing and streamlining identity-related operations through data analysis, process improvement, and readiness for automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full lifecycle data analysis including requirements gathering, design, execution, and delivery of actionable insights Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques to support IAM leadership decision-making Identify opportunities to automate high-volume manual IAM tasks by evaluating data from ServiceNow, Active Directory, SailPoint, and Exchange Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational awareness and performance tracking Design and implement data quality and performance monitoring strategies across IAM systems Troubleshoot and validate data inconsistencies across tools and platforms Collaborate with IAM engineers, fulfillment teams, and leadership to prioritize automation opportunities and process improvements Provide detailed documentation and analysis to support business cases for automation or tooling enhancements Continuously refine analytical methodologies to improve insight accuracy and overall data strategy Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, systems analysis, or a related field Proven experience interpreting and analyzing large, complex datasets using statistical techniques Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Excel, or ServiceNow Reporting Deep understanding of data flows and workflows within IAM tools and environments, including Active Directory, SailPoint, Exchange, and ServiceNow Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and resolving issues across integrated systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvement initiatives
Hourly Pay Range: $70.00/hr to $85.00/hr
