We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service / Data Entry / Administrative Assistant . This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment, is a strong communicator, and enjoys multitasking across various administrative and customer support tasks. Key Responsibilities : Customer Service : Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and / or phone. Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved concerns when necessary. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support. Data Entry : Accurately enter and update customer, client, and internal data in relevant systems. Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Administrative Support : Manage digital filing systems and maintain records. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars. Assist in creating reports, documents, and presentations as needed. Perform other administrative tasks to support various departments. Requirements : Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and / or Google Workspace. Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools, or data entry software. Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking abilities. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment. Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work setting. Knowledge of platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, Trello, or similar tools. Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus but not required.
