Job Summary
As a leader in end-to-end population health management solutions and services, we are continuing to grow our talented software development team. We are currently looking for a full-time Data Transformation Engineer to join our experienced team. The Data Transformation Engineer will design, configure, implement, operate, and maintain technology systems. They will be capable of addressing new technology, compliance, and industry standards. Fluency in HL7 data management and normalization is required. The role involves working with teammates to handle support tickets from client partners regarding data transformation requests, reviewing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and triaging tickets. Strong collaboration skills are essential. Ideal candidate will have experience in:
Healthcare IT Java JavaScript Groovy XML HL7/CCD knowledge XSLT JSON SQL/Postgres Job Responsibilities
Provide expertise on receiving and transforming data from disparate sources Collaborate cross-functionally within the company and with external partners for data transformation, interface mapping, configuration, and validation Perform risk management related to interfaces and data transformation to ensure successful client implementations Track and resolve open interface issues Work with project teams to resolve implementation items Monitor data transmission for errors and communicate issues to customers Report and escalate support issues appropriately Coordinate with development engineers for knowledge sharing and assistance Ensure timely completion of interface and data transformation tasks Review validation reports and address discrepancies with customers Qualifying Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience in interface implementation and working with claims/clinical data in Healthcare Payor/Provider background preferred Knowledge of value-based care and population health is a plus Customer/Partner-facing experience Ability to communicate across all organizational levels Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL Adaptability and analytical problem-solving skills Experience managing relationships with technical and analytical teams Key Competencies
