The UI database architect recommends and maintains data management policy; provides expert technical leadership to the applications development and technical staff. Can do data modeling, data fixes, performance tuning, analysis of query and indexes, analysis of data structure and data definition for the UI benefits system for both Oracle and DB2 databases. Has knowledge of SQL server and Cloud SQL. Well qualified candidates will have very strong hands-on DBA experience with large application systems, i.e., 1000+ programs, 300+ tables, and 8+ years in DB2/CICS/Oracle environments or equivalent. Also experience with large systems using Platinum, ERWin, Omegamon, ChangeMan, CNTL-M or similar tools. Start date:
