Senior Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst . This is an opportunity for an Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional who is an energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experience in converting requirements into systems/business process solutions. The qualified candidate will be responsible for: Acting as a consultant between the customer and technical community in support of GSC, Quality and Manufacturing business processes.
Delivering aspects of reporting and analytic deliverables for projects on the 1ERP SAP S/4 HANA platform.
Supporting our recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field and 9 years of experience; a Master’s degree in STEM or related field and 3 years’ experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the 4 years of education.
Must hold an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SAR security clearance, as necessary per business requirements.
Functional/business process knowledge or expertise spanning MRP, procurement, shopfloor, and reporting/analytics activities.
Experience in aspects of project management.
Be local to and able to go on site at one of our offices in El Segundo, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; Palmdale, CA; Melbourne, FL.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with software development, software integration, implementation delivery of SAP/SmartMES/Hana products in our NG environment.
Familiarity with Safe/Agile Experience with SAP/1ERP application implementation efforts. Data integration background.
Excellent leadership characteristics.
Demonstrated experience presenting to leadership or government customer.
Experience supervising or leading cross functional teams/IPT’s and/or individuals.
Demonstrated experience presenting and working with all levels of the organization from individual contributor to IPT leadership to program leadership.
BOM Development/Maintenance, SAP/ MRP, Inventory Management, and Quality Management knowledge and proficiency.
Salary Range:
$124,900 - $187,300 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
