Lead with Excellence: Oversee venue operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest service Develop Your Team: Coach and mentor your team to foster a positive and high-performing culture Drive Financial Performance: Optimize revenue, control costs, and achieve financial goals Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate relationships with guests, community leaders, and team members Embrace Our Culture: Live our Core Values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring
Director Of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in full-service restaurants, hotels or golf course management 5+ years of experience as a General Manager Experience managing a P&L of $21M+ annually Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Director Of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in experiential hospitality, retail, or entertainment venues Track record of leading 100+ team members in a large-scale, guest-centric environment Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred) Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
