Who You Are You're a highly organized and collaborative Proposal Integrator and will join our Material Program Management (MPM) team. As a Proposal Integrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and successful integration of proposals for our programs. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Estimating, Price Cost Analysts, Global Supply Chain team, Program Managers, and Leadership to ensure that all proposals are properly consolidated, compliant, and submitted on time. What You Will Be Doing You'll... Collaborate with Estimating and Price Cost Analysts to ensure accurate and complete proposal pricing and cost data Work with the Global Supply Chain team to ensure that all supplier proposals are properly consolidated and compliant with program requirements Coordinate with Program Managers to ensure that all proposal documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with program requirements Ensure that all proposals are properly reviewed and approved by Leadership prior to submission Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of program requirements, including technical, schedule, and budget constraints Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues What's In It For You From on-site to hybrid, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
